From first call to running pipeline.
Four phases. Fixed price. You know what you're getting before we start.
Most builds complete in 3-4 weeks from signed scope.
How every build works.
Pipeline Audit
You share your current stack, your CRM, which video platform you use, and roughly how many videos you want to send per month. We produce three documents in the call: a workflow map showing exactly where the manual work sits, an API cost projection showing what personalized video at your volume actually costs to run, and an integration blueprint showing the architecture we would build. You keep all three whether or not we work together. No charge, no obligation.
Scoped, priced, written
After the audit, we produce a written scope: architecture, error handling strategy, API budget, timeline, and one fixed price. You read it, ask questions, and approve it in writing before we start. Nothing changes after the scope is signed. If new requirements come up, we scope them separately - no mid-build surprises on the invoice.
Fixed-price build
We build to the written spec. Progress updates at each milestone. The flagship Video Sales Engine takes 3-4 weeks. Faster for smaller sprints, longer for multi-CRM or multi-platform builds. We handle all API credentials, webhook registration, error handling, and testing. You get a working pipeline, not just code.
Guarantee + handover
Every build comes with the Working Pipeline Guarantee: it runs end to end as scoped, or we keep working at no additional cost. Handover includes a 60-minute recorded session with your team, architecture diagram, runbook, and credential inventory. You own everything. Retainer available for ongoing monitoring and updates, but never required.
What to bring to the first call.
Bring these five things
- Access to your CRM sandbox
- Your video platform account and plan tier
- Approximate monthly video volume target
- The CRM trigger you want to use
- Your delivery channel (email, LinkedIn, SMS)
A technical spec.
A developer.
A clear picture of the architecture.
That's what the audit is for. You bring the business goal. We produce the blueprint.
How long does it take?
Common questions about the process.
Do I pay for the audit?
No. The Pipeline Audit is free, 30 minutes, and produces three documents you keep either way. We do it because it makes the subsequent scope much faster and prevents misaligned builds.
What if my requirements change mid-build?
Scope changes are quoted separately before we start them. We never build out-of-scope work and invoice it at the end. Anything beyond the signed spec is a new conversation.
Can I see the architecture before I commit?
Yes. The audit produces an integration blueprint that shows what we would build. You see it in the audit call, before you sign anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know what outcome you want - video in every prospect inbox when they enter your CRM, for example - and which platforms you use. We handle everything technical.
What happens during the 30-day fix window?
Any defect in the delivered scope is fixed at no charge. If the pipeline does not run as the written spec says it should, we fix it. The window covers bugs in what we built, not new requirements.
What's the retainer for?
APIs change, platforms update, and tokens expire. The Maintain retainer ($997/mo) covers API changes with 48-hour response and keeps the pipeline monitored. It is optional. Most clients take it for the first few months and then evaluate.
