Pipeline Audit
The Pipeline Audit is a free 30-minute consultation call followed by a written blueprint delivered within 48 hours. No purchase is required. The blueprint is yours to keep regardless of whether you engage Kastiv for a build.
Build engagements
All build work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Scope, milestones, and the Working Pipeline Guarantee conditions are defined in that agreement. No work begins without a signed statement of work and an agreed payment schedule.
Working Pipeline Guarantee
The Working Pipeline Guarantee covers the specific acceptance criteria written into your build agreement. If the integration does not meet those criteria at final delivery, the final milestone payment is waived. The guarantee does not cover changes to scope after the agreement is signed, platform API changes outside the 30-day fix window, or data quality issues from your CRM.
Intellectual property
All code, workflows, and documentation produced for your build are assigned to you at final delivery. Kastiv retains no license to your integration after the project closes.
