AI Video Automation
Content-to-video pipelines.
Scoped to your stack.
We build the pipe between your content and your channels - so a new article, product launch, or webinar becomes a published video across YouTube, LinkedIn, and your CMS without anyone opening a video editor.
30 minutes. You leave with a written architecture sketch of your pipeline - whether you hire us or not.
Use Cases
What we automate.
Product launches
New product in your CMS. Video across channels. No manual renders.
A product goes live in your CMS or Shopify store. The pipeline extracts your copy and assets, sends them to HeyGen or Synthesia with your brand template, and publishes the finished video to YouTube, LinkedIn, and your product page - with the right metadata on each. Nobody opens a video editor.
Webinar and event recaps
Recording in. Highlight clips out. Published within hours.
Your webinar or event recording lands in a shared folder. The pipeline processes it through your video AI of choice, cuts highlight clips, generates a summary script with your avatar, and queues the output for YouTube and LinkedIn - including captions and descriptions. What used to take a day takes a scheduled job.
Sales enablement
Deal enters a stage. Personalized battlecard video fires automatically.
When a new opportunity enters a specific stage in your CRM, the pipeline generates a personalized competitive brief video - mapped to the prospect's vertical, deal size, and competitor context - and delivers it to your rep's queue before the next call. Context, automated.
Approach
Every pipeline is scoped to your stack.
We don't sell templates. We audit your current tools, map your trigger-to-output flow, and build the specific pipe your team needs. The architecture sketch from your scope call shows exactly what gets built before you commit to anything.
Input sources
- CMS publish webhooks (WordPress, Contentful, Sanity)
- CRM deal stage changes (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Calendar and event triggers
- Manual upload or batch CSV
- Shopify product events
Processing layer
- HeyGen API - avatar rendering, merge fields
- Synthesia API - multilingual renders
- Descript - transcript-to-clip automation
- Script generation from source content
- Retry logic, queuing, idempotency
Output channels
- YouTube (title, description, tags automated)
- LinkedIn Company Page via API
- Email delivery queue
- Slack channel notifications
- CMS embed or product page write-back
Every build includes retries and backoff on every external call, idempotent job handling so a re-run never double-publishes, and Slack or email alerting when the pipeline can't self-recover. A failed render at 2 a.m. gets retried automatically - not discovered on Monday.
Pricing
From $2,500 (Starter) to $25,000+ (Custom). Scoped per project after the audit.
Every tier is fixed-price. One number agreed before work starts. The scope call is the audit - you get the tier estimate in writing before you decide.
Pipeline Starter
$2,500 - $3,500
1-2 weeks
One trigger source, one video platform, one or two output channels - end to end. Good for teams testing a single workflow before scaling.
Example
CMS publish > HeyGen render > YouTube + LinkedIn post
Most common
Multi-Channel Build
From $4,000
Quoted fixed after audit
Multiple trigger sources, batch or localization logic, several distribution channels. We audit your stack first, write the blueprint, then quote a fixed number.
Example
CMS + CRM triggers > Synthesia multi-language renders > YouTube, LinkedIn, email, CMS
Enterprise Custom
$12,000 - $25,000+
Scoped after audit
Custom stacks, self-hosted infrastructure, compliance requirements, high-volume queuing. Scoped after the audit, with a written technical Q&A round before you see a proposal.
Example
Full content operations platform, custom avatar workflows, private cloud deployment
Working Pipeline Guarantee on every tier
Written acceptance criteria before we build. If the pipeline we scoped doesn't run end to end in your environment, we fix it - or you don't pay the final milestone.
Ownership
You own everything. That's the point.
Full source code in your repositories. Documentation written for the next engineer on your team, not for us. Tests that prove the pipeline does what the spec says.
No proprietary runtime. No platform we rent back to you. If we disappeared the day after handoff, your team could maintain and extend everything we built - because it's yours and it's documented.
Source code
Full codebase pushed to your repo. No black boxes.
Architecture docs
Diagram, runbook, and credential inventory included on every build.
Test suite
Tests against failure cases, not just happy paths.
Handover session
60-minute recorded walkthrough with your team at delivery.
Self-hosted option
Runs on your infrastructure with your credentials if you prefer it.
FAQ
Questions
What video platforms do you integrate?
HeyGen and Synthesia are the deepest - we know their API quirks and rate limits from production use. We've also built against Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Shopify APIs. If your platform has an API, we scope it. If it doesn't, you hear that on the call instead of in week two.
How is this different from the Video Sales Engine?
The Video Sales Engine is one specific build: CRM-triggered, one-to-one personalized video for sales outreach, fixed at $4,997. This service is for content operations - batch rendering, multi-language, multi-channel publishing, custom stacks. If your goal is prospects get personalized videos from our CRM, go there. If it's our content becomes video everywhere, automatically, you're in the right place.
What does 'production-grade' mean for a video pipeline, specifically?
Retries with backoff on every external call. Idempotent jobs so a re-run never double-publishes. Logging you can actually search. Alerting that tells a human when the pipeline can't self-recover. Tests against the failure cases, not just the happy path. And documentation so the system survives staff turnover - ours or yours.
We already have Zapier. Why do we need a custom build?
For low volume (under ~30 renders a month), Zapier often works fine. Past that threshold, it quietly breaks: no retry when HeyGen rate-limits you, no alert when a render silently errors, no way to handle batch localization or multi-channel publish sequencing. A custom pipeline handles those failure modes at the infrastructure level instead of leaving them as silent gaps in your publishing calendar.
Bring us your messiest content workflow.
30 minutes. You describe your current workflow and stack; we sketch the pipeline architecture and tell you which tier it lands in. You get the sketch in writing either way.
Schedule a scope callBacked by the Working Pipeline Guarantee: the pipeline runs end to end as scoped, or you don't pay the final milestone.
